Are all of your products natural?All of our products are made with natural ingredients using plant- based oils and locally sourced herbs. Some of our products also include goat milk and donkey milk.

Are your products cruelty free/ vegan?All of our products are cruelty free and never tested on animals. Additionally, the majority of our products are vegan with the exception of a couple that use goat milk or donkey milk. See product page for more information.

Why does your soap include Sodium Hydroxide (Lye)?Sodium hydroxide is a chemical compound that holds or maintains the pH of skincare products, also known as lye. Lye is used to assist in the thickening of the product and molding. Once the soap has hardened, they go through a curing process in which during that time the lye evaporates from the final product, so the soaps you use no longer contain the lye.

Are your products safe for children?Yes, many of our products are suitable for children. We typically recommend the products that are either unscented or lightly scented, to minimize the possibility of irritation. We also suggest patch testing any products that you are new to trying, to ensure the product works for the specific concern.

Can I use the products in my hair?As of now, all of our products are intended for the face and body, however many of our base ingredients can also be found in natural hair care. It is completely up to your discretion to use any of the products for hair care.

Are your soaps safe for my lady parts?Yes. However, we recommend unscented soaps or just clear water to cleanse the lady parts.

What is the shelf life of your products?From the time you receive your products, the average shelf life is between 6-12 months. To prolong the shelf life, we recommend storing any unopened products in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Can I apply the magnesium moisturizer to my face?We would not recommend applying the magnesium moisturizer to the face. However, we do recommend applying the magnesium moisturizer to the neck, arms, hands, legs, back, stomach, feet (soles of the feet) and anywhere you may feel muscle or joint pain. When applied to these parts of the body you will receive the most benefit from the moisturizer.

Can I use magnesium moisturizer while pregnant?Magnesium moisturizer is safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding with no restrictions. However, you can always consult your doctor before use.

Can I apply the magnesium moisturizer daily?Yes, you can apply the magnesium moisturizer daily or as needed for muscle strain or joint pain. We would suggest cleaning the area before each application of the moisturizer.

Are your products safe to use on sensitive skin?Yes, many of our products are suitable for those with sensitive skin. We typically recommend the products that are either unscented or lightly scented, to minimize the possibility of irritation. We also suggest patch testing any products that you are new to trying, to ensure proper and effective use of the product.

When will I receive my order?Unless otherwise specified, our typical fulfillment time is 3-5 business days to prepare your order to be picked up from USPS. Keep in mind that the advertised time frame from your shipping option is in ADDITION to our fulfillment time frame.

How do I track my order?You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once we create your shipping label to prepare your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

My tracking says the package was delivered, but I do not have it?Don’t Panic! We have noticed with USPS, that there are times where they may prematurely mark something as delivered, when in fact it is still in transit. Give it another day or two to see if it shows up. If not, contact your local post office to begin the process of filing a missing claim and email us at evolutionnowhealth@gmail.com.

What shipping options do I have?We currently only ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) but are always looking into other shipping methods to ensure customer satisfaction.

How much does shipping cost?The cost of shipping is determined by the estimated weight of the package, the distance the package is traveling, and the shipping option you select. As a company we do not control the shipping costs as rates vary depending on the market.

How do I receive free shipping?We offer FREE shipping on domestic orders over $60. The total must be over $60 after any/all sales or promos have been applied.

Do you ship to my location?At the moment we ship to all 50 states in the country (Including Washington D.C.) as well as Mexico.

Do I need an account to place an order?No, you do not need an account to place an order, however we strongly recommend it, so you are able to keep track of all orders and receive reward points that can later be redeemed for rewards.

Do you have an in-store location?Currently, we do not have an in-store location. However, we do have retail partners in New Jersey where a selection of our soaps are sold. You can find our products at Corona Health Food Store located in Newark, NJ and Olive May Health Store located in East Orange, NJ.

Can I return or exchange?All sales are final. We ask that you please carefully read all product descriptions before ordering, to ensure the product matches what you are looking for. Keep in mind we offer sample sizes for most of our products, which are always a great option to start with.

Am I able to change my order once it has been placed?Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit individual items in the order. If you need to make any changes we would have to cancel the order completely and you resubmit a new one. If that is the case, please reach out to us immediately at evolutionnowhealth@gmail.com. We will try our best to honor the request before the order has been processed and fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, we are unable to make changes.

My order is incorrect, what should I do?We are very sorry for any inconvenience or issues you have with your order. Please reach out to us via email at evolutionnowhealth@gmail.com detailing the issue. Please include your order number and any applicable photos, so we can rectify the situation in a timely manner.

Where do I enter promo code?Once you have completed your shopping experience and filled your cart, proceed to checkout, where you will be able to enter your promo code. Only one promo code can be used per order.

My order was returned back to you, now what?We are sorry you haven’t received your package. Once USPS has processed the return on their end, we will anticipate receiving the package back. Once we do receive it, we will notify you via email and refund your subtotal (does not include the cost of shipping unless otherwise specified) in hopes you can resubmit a new order at your earliest convenience.

What form of payments do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Additionally, we offer the convenience of PayPal and AfterPay. NOTE: If you take advantage of the AfterPay option, any payment concerns or questions would have to be addressed directly with that company. Please reach out to their support team.
