SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed to be packaged and shipped out within 3- 5 business days.  The time frame does not take into consideration the time in which it takes to get the order delivered to you from the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

The pricing of shipping costs is dictated by the current USPS rates which will take the weight and the shipping destination to determine the price.

 

The shipping method in which you choose does not change or affect the current fulfillment time.  Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed from the shipping carrier.  Evolution Now Health & Wellness is not responsible for the package not being delivered in that time frame.

 

Evolution Now Health & Wellness are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received.  In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number.  Our company will assess the appropriate solution to any delivery issue.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Any returns or exchanges ARE NOT ACCEPTED, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please carefully read all product descriptions and notations prior to purchasing your order.  

 

Products are handmade and made in small batches.  No product will be identical to another.  There will be slight differences in size, color, smell and consistency.  This is not abnormal.  If the product you received is deemed defective, the item is eligible to be resent if reported within 3 days of the delivery date.

If an item appears to be missing from an order, this mishap will be immediately addressed. 

The item will be resent as a top priority.  Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.

Packages that are returned to sender (Evolution Now Health & Wellness) will be refunded; shipping charges will not be refunded.
